Abstract

The study aims to analyze the mediation relationship of Intellectual Capital from the influence of Board of Directors Characteristics on Company Performance. The study used a quantitative approach using the Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis tool to test the hypothesis. The research sample obtained data from 41 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period.
