Abstract

Recent global crises, such as pandemics, economic downturns, and geopolitical conflicts, have highlighted the urgent need for organizations to become more resilient. Digital Transformation helps organizations adapt, maintain operations, and make decisions more effectively during challenging times. This study reviews peer-reviewed articles from 2015 to 2025 to explore how organizations build resilience during crises. The findings are grouped into three areas: adopting new technologies like AI, cloud computing, and blockchain; developing organizational skills such as business agility, digital knowledge management, and digital leadership; and using situational strategies like crisis management, sustained recovery, and supply chain recovery. The research shows that Digital Transformation makes organizations more adaptable and better able to innovate and collaborate during disruptions. However, challenges remain, including gaps in digital skills, cyber security risks, and uneven digital infrastructure. By connecting theory with real-world practice, this study aims to help practitioners and strategists strengthen organizational resilience through digital transformation. This analysis identifies essential factors for policymakers and managers to develop sustainable and crisis-resilient organizations, especially in contexts characterized by uncertainty and rapid organizational transformation.
